Shipping and purchasing policies

Shipping pottery is expensive.
-All packages will be mailed within a week of receiving payment, unless I'm on vacation. In this case there will be shop announcement on my home page.
- We ship within the continental United States only.
- Shipping is based on one piece in a box. This price also includes
shipping, packing materials, packing and insurance.
- For multiple purchases that may fit in one box, there may be an
overpayment. It is very possible your shipping could be less.
If so, I will adjust the cost. The credit adjustment will be included
on your packing slip or email receipt

since we're a very small business, you may want
to get in touch for some of that personal service
small businesses are known for.
You can use PayPal or a credit or debit card to pay online.

I accept Pay Pal payments from the website
or Mastercard or VISA over the phone.
Payments must be received within forty eight (48) hours of purchase and will not be shipped unless full payment is received.
